Nak tahu kenapa kena kurangkan karbohidrat? Bukannya lemak?
Metabolisme dalam badan kita akan bakar karbohidrat, then baru lemak.. so bila dia dah bakar karbohidrat dalam badan, bila nak bakar lemak tu dia dah tak boleh dah sebab karbohidrat kita banyak. Thats why kita kena kurangkan karbohidrat supaya metabolisme tu kurang kerjanya.. boleh bakar lemak. Owh yang ni lecturer saya yang cerita tadi. Saya mana la tau bab-bab biologi ni... Den tolong sampaikan yo ha..
So kepada siapa-siapa yang nak diet tu, boleh cuba cara ni.. Mana tau kot-kot silap hari bulan boleh jadi model =)
